RENOVATIONS / ALTERATIONS:  When submitting a building permit application for renovations / alterations, the following documentation and information is required.

• 2 sets of floor plans showing before and after including all measurements, window locations, plumbing fixtures, room type, and structural changes
• Completed Septic System Evaluation Form if number of bedrooms is increased, or, any addition of plumbing fixtures, or, increase in square footage due to conversion of non-habitable space into habitable space
• Completed Building Permit Application and Authorization Form with building permit fee
