By-law Enforcement / Canine Control
BY-LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICER The By-law Enforcement Officer, enforces By-laws of the Municipality under the statutory provisions of the Municipal Act, Building Code Act, or any other Act as required. All complaints regarding By-law Enforcement, must be submitted in writing and signed by the undersigned. Email complaints will not be accepted. CANINE ENFORCEMENT OFFICER The Canine Enforcement Officer, enforces By-laws of the Municipality under the statutory provisions set out under sections 103, 104 and 105 of the Municipal Act 2001 which provisions are contained in our Canine Control By-law, and the Dog Owners Liability Act.
