The receptionist is responsible for the Main Switchboard, directing all incoming calls and general inquiries.

The receptionist also provides services for the following:

• Burn Permit "Renewals"
• Entrance Permits
• 911 Signs for new applicants and inquiries
• Environmental Services - direct calls to the County office, supply and preparation of informational material in relation to Garbage & Recycling
• Distribution of Recycle Bins to new residents
• Streetlight Issues & Outages
• Township of Adjala-Tosorontio's Map purchases
• Townships' History Book purchases
